Community Characteristics. Demographic data on household income, available housing, medical care facilities and crime rates.
Climate. Information on various climatological features of the county.
Emergency Protective Services. Information about the ambulance, police and fire protection serving the property.
Business Climate. Information about the number of new and expanding companies in the area, available support services, and job growth in the area.

Transportation. This section will describe the different transportation services that serve the Transportation services that serve the property, such as roads, rail, airports and ports.
Environmental. Primarily air quality information.
Zoning and Permits. Property's current zoning status and the process for rezoning the property.
